well in my honest opinion, i would say me and alot of my peers have lost MAJOR respect for baby bash or beesh or whatever his name is, now u can say ima " hater" but its true, he sold out. - reason being, he signed too do his music right? but is he doin the same type of music? NO! he's doing duets w/ natalie and all theese other reggaeton latin bitch artists. - i aint hating, cuz energy is a dope song for the 15 yr old females in san jose and hayward and the rest of that audience.... i think he lost alot of credibillity in the bay cuz of this... its funny this thread comes up cuz i was thinking why people hate on him, - it be like me saying ok, i got 95live.com. i own it and yeah and say i get bought out and i gotta play nothin but commercial/hollywood music, same shit what happend too KMEL back in the Mid 90s. - plain and simple he sold out, he might be reppin the bay and all. but IN MY OPINION kat sold out. - i meen shit, he's rich, and he even might have some songs with mac dre, jaytee and bay vets. - but at the end of the day he sold out, and THATS why people dont like what he has done.
I think for a bay artists too really get recognized, they need too be commercial and be all on this mtv shit w/ bay style, meaning if keak gets signed too Asylum records ( example) i wanna see keak on mtv thizzin, doin what keak does!- THATS ALL. it aint a big problem with me, bash, beesh, i listen too all his music. im just stating the real.
another words, i wanna see bay area artists be bay area artists, not have too change.
on a side note, 95live.com launches back fully on sept 1st.
