i say its easy for lil faggots to talk shit when they aint never did shit in their lives. so when dirtbags like igocummy and hella dumb talk shit, i consider the source. they're just lil kids who've never put out an album so their jealous asses have to knock those that do. i'll make more off this record than both of these faggots will the whole year... real talk. this is a good record and i could give a fuck about what downloaders have to say.
honestly...from 1 thru 10 i give the album a 3, not to say that they suck lyrically. its just overall its not that great. you cant expect to have a "Great Album" every time you put one out. you can hope that you do but dont expect it. for example i like too shorts "get in where you fit in" more then i like shorts "chase the cat" and i'm sure one sold more then the other. gonzoe has put out better and ap9 has put out better then their collabo...shit happens. and from a fans standpoint it doesnt help the artist when their manager is steady putting down the people that are expressing themselves and could quite possibly change their mind about the album if maybe Dj Pimp or maybe even gonzoe handled themselves in a maybe more professional way when it comes to their album being evaluated by the fans. If Dj Pimp goes back to the old Gonzoe threads they're arent too many anti gonzoe or pimp comments...it was all love even thru the whole gonzoe-yuk situation. fans were taking sides but still u acted in a professional way and kept it peaceful...and its totally the opposite now. so i guess what i'm trying to say is...maybe your causing ur own problems?!?!?
you see, that was an honest review with no hate, these faggots i am talking about in the past are the same 3 or 4 idiots who attack me on every thread. go back and re read this thread and the others and see that i never talk shit unless personally attacked. i wasnt going to respond to this thread again but fuck it. just cus threexkrazy wont his feelings in compelte sentences without using majors negatives (sucks, blows, bullshit) you value his opinon more. when in reality if your in the music bis you should value everyones opinon regradless of what it is. since we are the ones purchasing the cd and in a essence paying for your career. i own the first 4 ap.9 cds, im a big ap.9 fan. but when you say this is by far his best work to date or whatever you say, most people are really expecting that. its like you set the bar almost too high, but thats your job so you should. but when someone isnt feeling your project, dont talk shit back, like i dont know what your listening to but this cd is super tight etc. i only started talking shit about DJ pimp himself becuase when i stated my opinon of a cd, since im a fan and american, im entitled to my opinon. and then you have to compenstate for someone not liking your work and call their opinons stupid and all that other shit.
as far as this cd here is a real that dj pimp can appreicate. this cd has 14 tracks, 12 of which are songs the other 2 are a intro and a interlude. so their are 12 songs which are around 36 mins combined. 2 of the longest songs combined are over 8 minutes. so 2 songs count for over 20% (closer to 25%) of the cd. this would be fine if it was quality material, in your opinon it is becuase you helped make it, but from a fan perspective its not. there are some good songs like im the man but overall the cd isnt that great. and i love ap.9 been a fan since around 99, but its been dissappointing on his last 2 releases, on the block and this cd. and when you produce songs please stop sampling becuase no matter what you rap over sampled beats its not gangster.

back to the album, the reviews on most the others boards have been outstanding and the fan mail has been incredible. this album kicks ass, i iwsh it was longer too, but the 14 tracks that are on there are well worth the money. this is a very good record, cop it today... this shit is knockin

dj pimp is in a tough spot he really can't "speak his mind," for one of two reasons. either he truly believes these albums he promotes for his artists are indeed classic OR he is a crafty businessman and doe snot want to hurt the sales or ceredibility of his artists or his associates, so he keeps his real opinions to himself..either way, I understand

kinda right, but i really am a huge ap9 and gonzoe fan and i would never release an album if i thought it was trash. i loved all the albums i've been involved with with ap9 and gonzoe, body shotz, on tha block, hard dayz long nightz and kartel kalifornia. i've told ap9 many times that i wasnt feelin world wide mob figaz. as far as gonzoe i love all his records and i still feel hes one of the best gangsta rappers in all of cali.
i do have a job to do and you'll never hear me say "our next record is crappy, you shouldnt buy it", but on the same token, i would never come on here and flat out lie. i really believe that this album kartel kalifornia is awesome and so far the reviews have been 90% positive from around the globe so we're happy. both gonz and ap9 are happy with the record.
