Something easy and youdon't really have to worry about burning it ..... Get a casserole dish throw some chicken in there and poor BBQ sauce or Terriyaki sauce ..... throw it in the oven @ 375 degrees for like 30 mins. Flip the chicken over about 15 - 20 mins through and throw it back in. Fast and easy. While that's cooking in the oven you can make some white rice or whatever.

A casserole dish is like a baking pan. something you can throw in the oven and won't melt or burn. Like the Pans you make Brownies in but it's best to use a glass one. So that the BBQ sauce or Terriyaki sauce don't burn in the pan.

BBQ Hamburgers

Ground beef..
about 2 pinches of Salt and pepper..
original Kc masterpiece BBQ sauce..about 2 or 3 spoon fulls

Mix all 3 of those together before making the patty's..burgers will come out juicy

after both sides are cooked .. in a cup mix some Kc BBQ sause and ketchup together ..slap that on both sides of the patty ..countinue letting it cook until the sause has cooked into the patty or starts bubblin...

Then take some buns..spread some manads(u know what i mean) and cook it on the grill until its light brown...then add whatever other things u want..

@Cranky...For Steak Pepper Fajitas...I would get 1 Ib of Boneless Beef Sirloin steak and either grill it on the bbq or broil it....Then let it sit for a few min and cut into strips and then maybe add some jalepeno peppers for and even spicier fajita...

So yeah, use the glass casserole dish and it won't burn. Aluminumfoil will definately burn. And it is a bitch to clean. lol.

To fry juicy ass hamburgers, cover the bottom of the pain with water. It will put moisture into the burgers instead of pulling it out.

One of my faves: Stuffed Bell Peppers

4 large whole bell peppers...cut the top off and hollow it out.
1 lb ground beef......brown it and drain the fat
1 box Beef flavored Rice a Roni...cook it and mix it in with the beef
1 can tomato sauce.....mix this in with rice and meat

Stuff all of the mixture into the peppers. Top with tomato sauce and parmesan cheese if you like. Bake for about 20 minutes or until peppers start to get mushy.

Another good recipe: Philly Cheesesteaks

get about a pound of Cube Steak (its the steak you use to make Cheicken Fried Steak), slice it up into small cubes and brown it.
at the same time, saute some bell peppers and sliced onions. when done, drain all the grease and mix the meat and veggies together. add HELLA cheese to it, I prefer monterey jack, but use whatever you like.
Take sourdough or french rolls, spread butter on it and sprinkle some garlic salt. brown it in a frying pan, and then spread the meat/cheese mixture.

I have a million recipes. If you need more, holla!
