Yea I have 2 45lb dumbells that I regularly workout with, but ill look into buyin sum 35s, what's the link 2 download? Ima look on craiglist for that pull up bar too. I got the workout list off the net & I got my grocery list of foods my homegirl sent me, she got a major in strengh & conditioning and her body is on point ... if anybody want the list of foods that u shud be eatin while workin out ill post em

shit ill be needin that! just gettin back into doin a lil bit of workin out... just fuckin around with the weights so far... I need a program.

I woke up sore head to toe cuz I been tryn to do 4much this week to make up for Hawaii and the day I was sick. Just sacked up and did the plyo. I feel like a fuckn beast about it cuz I was debating on whether to even workout today. My body is lookn forward to week 4 cuz I been Puttn it thru the ringer. Best advice I can give anyone who's startn this program is KEEP PUSHN PLAY.

fuck i think i hit my plateau....any ideas, advice how to get over the hump
What did u plateau on? Usually when I plateau I use tabata and tear that muscle group down tuff. Tabata is no ho. Make sure u use a Light weight. For example I used it yesterday on my chest after the p90x workout cuz my chest was feeln weak. I normally rep 180ish but for tabata I used 2 35lb dumbells and that was the perfect weight. FYI tabata is a 4minute workout. It looks like this:
20seconds as many reps as u can
10seconds rest
20seconds as many reps as u can
10seconds rest
20seconds as many reps as u can
10seconds rest
repeat for 8 rounds totaling 4 mins.

I'm going to dl this shit n see what the hype is about. I lost over 50 lbs last year just doing the low carb diet and barely any walking/bike riding. But went back to eating like normal and gained over 60 lbs.

not sure if u guys know about fitday.com it's a good way to track what u are eating and you can log in your weight daily and keep track with graphs and what not about it over time.

I just did the arms and shoulders workout. I also just noticed my first zig zag vein. I'm juiced about it. Haha. Small victories mean so much. I planned on doin yoga today too but the ankle is sore from plyo yesterday. Tomorrow is legs and back plus Ima do the kempo as extra credit right before I jump into week 4 which is a recovery week. I just started keepin track of my macros yesterday. I'm tryn to keep it right at 20/30/50 fat/carbs/protien. Phase 2 I'll change it up a little and add more carbs. That is all.

Drove from Seattle to the bay saturday and didn't work out. Hit kempo Sunday and got drunk at family function that night so I took Monday off. Just did the core disc just now and that fuckrs pretty mean.

Friday I had nada n the gas tank so I did the stretch video. Yesterday I did the kempo one and then went and drank 5 beers and walked 2.5 miles. Recovery week is almost over. I gotta snap some pix today. Onward to phase 2

Phase two day two done. Yesterday was a double. Cardio+shoulders tri and chest. Today was plyo. I took 30 day pix and I'm happy with the results. I don't kno how to post them with my iPhone. But if I figure it out I'll post em.

My diet has been clean except I drank a couple (3) times in the first month. I also ate a super burrito once and ate some Italian food at a function. Other than that I been dialed. I'm gettn compliments damn near everyday. Today it was the hamstring.... Hmmmm... Never did I think that would happen.... Anyways this shit ain't easy. But i will own spring and summer.

Did the bicep n back workout and it was a nice change of pace and nice to have my Arms sore again. I also noticed a new vein poppn outta my forarm so that feels good. I haven't weighed myself on a gym scale since I started. I wonder how much I weigh...? I figures since I had lost most of my tidds I would shave my chest. I'm not hella hairy but it took a few minutes... The results...? Bad move. So demoralizing. Haha so much more work to do. Anyways my bodyfat has dropped by a little more than 3%.
I did yoga today and did pushups with my vinyasas(sp). I'm goin rock wall climbing with a couple of my homies tomorrow and I'm pretty sure I'm gonna school both these fuckrs.

Back n bicep was yesterday along with ab ripper and since I'm doing doubles I also did cardio x. I had nada in the gas tank for the cardio workout but I still went thru the motions. My intensity wasnt there tho.

I feel fucking great.

think imma start next week. Tips? especially on how to stick to the diet or what to eat
Carbs as low as possible for the first month. Eat lean protein, mostly chicken and fish. And veggies. Lots n lots of veggies. If u don't have the diet book u shud DL it. I'm sure it ain't hard to find.

Today instead of legs back ab ripper and cardio I'm just doing kempo I'm swapping tomorrows and today's workouts. I didn't eat enough today and I'm beat. A big part of this is eating right. If u don't eat enough u won't have energy for shit.

I bought a new preworkout sup today called jack3d. More like crack3d. Feel like I'm on dope. I absolutely crushed my workout today tho. Crack3d brought an insane amount of int3nsity I also bought a test booster today which I'll be starting tomorrow. I weighed myself this am... 208. Holy shit.

Dope without the come down. It's great.

Stay away from those test boosters, the only thing it effects is your wallet.
