^^^ thanks. For anyone else Thinkn about tryn p90x I suggest u do it. I get compliments damn near everyday and it's only gonna get better. I have been losing 1% bodyfat a week steadily.
Also I have now tried 3 preworkout drinks, noexplode, noshotgun, and jack3d. Everybody is different but I like jack3d the best so far. It's also the cheapest. Also another supplement that's dirt cheap that works great is zma. It's zinc magnesium and b6(I think). It makes u sleep like a fuckn baby. I decided not to run the test boost stack because I have court on the 11th and I'm pretty sure Im sittin n county for a week or two.
On to this weeks workouts..
Mon: chest, shoulder, tri. Ab ripper. Cardiox. Everything went ok. I did the cardio n the am and the other two workouts n the pm. I think the chest part of the program is garbage but oh well.
Today: Plyo. I smashed this workout today. I was dreading it all day. When I got home and just did it I was glad I did. I feel fuckn great and it's amazing how well I do this workout now. Gettin better, stronger, faster.
I wish I woulda focused my life on bn as healthy as possible rather than getting as fucked up as possible. Bettr late than never tho!!!
