Anyone here ever done P90X??

^^^ thanks. For anyone else Thinkn about tryn p90x I suggest u do it. I get compliments damn near everyday and it's only gonna get better. I have been losing 1% bodyfat a week steadily.
Also I have now tried 3 preworkout drinks, noexplode, noshotgun, and jack3d. Everybody is different but I like jack3d the best so far. It's also the cheapest. Also another supplement that's dirt cheap that works great is zma. It's zinc magnesium and b6(I think). It makes u sleep like a fuckn baby. I decided not to run the test boost stack because I have court on the 11th and I'm pretty sure Im sittin n county for a week or two.

On to this weeks workouts..
Mon: chest, shoulder, tri. Ab ripper. Cardiox. Everything went ok. I did the cardio n the am and the other two workouts n the pm. I think the chest part of the program is garbage but oh well.
Today: Plyo. I smashed this workout today. I was dreading it all day. When I got home and just did it I was glad I did. I feel fuckn great and it's amazing how well I do this workout now. Gettin better, stronger, faster.

I wish I woulda focused my life on bn as healthy as possible rather than getting as fucked up as possible. Bettr late than never tho!!!

DAY 38ish

I can't say enough good thing about jack3d. Back/bi, Ab x, and cardiox all got dominated today. I'm starting to kill Ab x. I need no brakes and I get it all done. I got court Monday. If they gimme any time to prepare to go to jail then I'll plan my jail stay on my recovery week.

Thurs:I hate yoga. That is my least favorite workout out of all of em. I feel good after and I understand it's role in fitness but I don't look forward to it. That bn said I did great yoga.

Fri: Legs and back Ab ripper and cardiox. Legs and back has become one of my favorite workouts because it's so fuckn intense. Ab ripper is hard after too because I drain my tank on legs n back. Anyways killed it this week.

Sat: Kempo is always pretty easy. I started bn more serious with the way I throw my hands now and that makes it a better burn.

My body fat went down another % this week. When I started I thought I was around 20%. I was actually 23.4%. Now I'm down to 17%. Hopefully by Halloween I'll be 15% and by thanksgiving 10-12%.
I feel so much better than I have in years. I also read good ol iron mike is doin p90x. Haha. This gettn skinny shit kinda sux cuz I'm used to bn a big dude. But now I guess it's better to be 195 shredded than 245 lardo. I hadn't weighed myself this week. I'll prolly wait until the end of next week. Hopefully I'll b under 200. That would be fuckn cool.

Started P90X Jan 9, 2011, completed Apr 9, 2011. Lost about 23 to 25lbs.
Started Round 2, May 8th, 2011. So right now I'm in week 4 day 24, which is Kenpo X today.

But... but... INSANITY came in the mail yesterday.... so.. I will complete week 4 of P90X, then start INSANITY this Sunday (June 5th 2011). I want my free t-shirt.

(The "I EARNED IT" Insanity T-Shirt that people get when they finish the program).

I plan on posting all of my P90X results and INSANITY results late this year to show how far I've come.

My biggest piece of advice of getting through P90X is Nutrition and Stretching. Make sure you constantly stretch your groin muscles and your hamstrings. There are stretches you gotta do that are not in the program that will help you. Just look on youtube for groin and hamstring stretches that Martial Artists do.

Groin and Hamstring flexibility will help you in Plyo's/Yoga X/Kenpo X and Ab Ripper X.

i ended up doin another 90 days after jail and got down to cut up 186... didnt like being that light tho, felt weak, so started eating big and hit the gym liftin heavy... now im 205 and strong as a fuckin ox.. tryin to get to 220... had to get rid of the booze fat first tho.. p90x cool program to lose fat...

so the long and short of it is i did about 40 days on p90 then went to jail for 100 days... got out did another 90.. went from 245 malt liquor fat to 186 with 6 pack on p90... and i can do more pull ups than anyone i know... also can do 100+ pushups in a row

Yeh most definitely. P90X got me more toned down and my abs started coming in. Insanity... I hope will get me shredded. After that, I'm gonna hit the gym again and increase muscle size and hit the swimming pool. Still gonna do the Yoga X and other DVD's for flexibility. Can't lose flexibility.

so is it safe to say that at the end of the day ppl just work out and watch what they eat and all that shit just so that their body could look a certain way that will make them more attractive to the opposite sex?....like is that at the very fudamental core of motivation for 99% of ppl who work out?

I don't think it's as simple as that

I mean I'd say that's part of the reason for sure, but that's not it... I do it for health reasons, when you work out you just feel better about yourself, moar energized and shit, it just makes you feel moar confident overall when you don't feel like a fat blob of feces dragging yourself through the drive thru everyday, and also I truly enjoy working out, it's just a hobby to me, something I like to do for fun

btw, when I say working out, I'm not talking about P90X, I just mean working out in general, I don't do faggy P90x... no offense to anyone that does it, I just think that shit is mad overrated, just my opinion

any before and after pics ? I had surgery in november and im feeling like im hella weak from it barely feeling like working out now like my body wasnt recovered lost 25lbs from the stress and trauma part but feel like it was mostly muscle need to get my strenghth and gas back I talk to much shit to not be at full power
