Saturday did yoga and arms n shoulders. Couldn't sleep after yoga at night and had to wake up early. Tight. Woke up feeln like I been hit by a car. Got sick as the day went on. Current temp 101.3. I haven't been sick since Clinton was in office. Im hopin this shit don't last

Feeln a lil bettr today my immune system smoked whatever bug I had. Did the legs n back and then felt froggy so I went ahead and did the stretch disc too. A Lot of people been telln me how good I look and I'm lovn it. Compliments r bettr than supplements. Peace.

Ab Ripper isn't super hard. Its only tough because its pretty much 15 minutes of straight ab work, but there aren't any weights involved.

Which DVD are you missing?

I got the intro disc, disc 2 plyometrics, disc 4 yoga, disc 6 kenpo x, disc 7 x stretch, disc 8 synerg., disc 9 chest shouldertri, and disc 12 ab ripper

My coworker said I should be good wit these, shud I get wat I'm missin or wat? I'm prolly get a mat next week and sum 15lbs weights

I paid full price for my shit but after my homie workd out with me one time he downloaded all the Dvds. If u can get all the discs that would be your best bet. Also ur gonna need more than 15's. I got some dumbell bars and 65lbs of weight plates on craigslist for 12 bux. I also have some 35lb dumbells I use a lot. Ur also gonna need a pullup bar. I got an Irongym brand one that hangs on the door frame. I paid 14$ for that off craigslist. Skip the mat if u got carpet ur good.

Just got my copies...

Im 6 ft/208 pounds...gonna try and get down to atleast 175/180.

Today I did the chest and back and then kempo right after. I feel like I wen thru a wood chipper. This is week 3 and week 4 is somewhat of a recovery week then on to the next phase. Shit ain't easy but I feel stronger and more agile and explosive than I've felt in years. Next dude I scrap with is gettn done dirty. Hahaha

@RUMPLESTILTSKIN--- Y u hatin so tuff? U been the anti p90x in this thread. Download the videos and give em a try.

Not hating on it. More so amazed on how popular it has become. Not just here, but everywhere. Pass on the vids though. I'm actually going to tone it down a bit in a couple weeks.
Yea ur right it is a hugely successful thing. They're makin a fuckn killing on it. But the brilliance is the simplicity. It tells u exactly what to do. Takes the guesswork out of it. Also it's convinient for a lot of people cuz it's done at home.
I do miss the gym tho.

I can't live without carbs. I'm mexican dogg. Tortillas, rice etc... you kidding me?

I used to beast it out in the gym, like 10 hours a week not including basketball and running. Got into decent "women all on it" shape and all that but couldn't get below 190 regardless of the cardio I was doing. I went as far as fasting. I started a boxing workout and jumping rope made such a dramatic improvement in weightloss. I got down to 183 pretty quick and I was in silly shape after that. Workouts rarely even made me sweat anymore. Jump rope 20 minutes on workout days and you'll get ripped too cause bodyfat melts away.

I assume my homeboy just searched DOWNLOAD P90x into google. I'm not sure. Also rather than buy 35's look into getting the dumbells bars and weight plates. Cuz some exercises ull use ur 45s others ull do 20s and some 15s.
