Right on. Glad to have u in this thread. What was ur starting and ending bodyfat with p90x? what about ur starting weight? What made you have a dirty bulk?
I started at around 23% BF...after the p90x (one round) I was at around 15% BF. The measurements done using calipers. But I weighed around 184 when I started, and ended up at around 158.
What made me have a dirty bulk is that I'm a fat bastard at heart, and during a bulk, you're supposed to eat a surplus of calories/protein to increase muscle size.
Well, give me a free pass to pig out and I'm going hard in the paint like Kevin McHale. I did add a lot of mass, but a lot of fat as well.
Did another cut, not using p90x, and I'm down to about 12% BF now. Shooting for 10%. The greatest part about it, IMO is that I still eat fat bastard shit: burgers, eggs, bacon, cheese, mayo, ranch sauce...etc...minus the carbs
