You can always get a Desert Eagle 9 Milli, but you'd just be paying basically for the popular look. Don't get a glock, those guns aren't what they're cracked up to be, and no, they have no safety. If you like the look of the glock (the squared off shape), and you want a nice weapon, get a sig pro SP2009 or an HK USP9, I love both of those guns.

Also, if you have never fired a gun, I suggest you go do that for a while before you purchase a firearm...guns are a lot harder to shoot accurately than most people think...it takes quite a bit of practice. Oh, and regardless of what you see in movies, it is damn near impossible to be accurate using one hand, or holding a pistol sideways.

Let Musty take you shooting, he knows exactly what he's talkin' about. Holding a gun alone gives you a major adrenaline rush and an undeniable feeling of power. If you can't get past that feeling, don't buy a gun.

Real talk Musty...or like them cats using 50 Cal Desert E's with one hand...or .357's and 44 mags, they'd end up with a serious dent in their foreheads, lol. My first time at the range I tried shooting a Sig with one hand...it's not crazy difficult because they don't have too much kick, but it's damn near impossible, if not impossible, to be accurate like that. I had the person outline, and I almost missed the fuckin target completely, lol.

I still agree with a shotgun being the best household protection weapon. The reason is half the time you wont even gotta shoot it off to get the mother fuckers outta there. Once they hear that Cocking noise of the gun, thats enough to tell em to get the fuck out or be blasted. Cause you know they aint comin in strapped with anything above a handgun... and even if they got a 45 or something fierce, theyre still not fuckin with some buckshot ... lol
