Anyone else ever spasm as they're falling asleep?

You are pretty much asleep and then your body gives one intense jerk. Enough to wake up, but you can still fall back asleep. Actually, it almost seems more relaxing after this happens.

i used to take HELLA ecstacy before (before mac dre made it a "fad" and before members of tha siccness "accepted" tha drug), and one night i took it too far and took 6 in one night. tha next day i jerked tryin to go to sleep, so i tried to go bacc to sleep, then i jerked again right before i go to sleep i would jerk keepin me from sleepin. that shit had me scared cuz i jus couldnt go to sleep. i ended up not sleepin for 3 days before i smoked sum dro and that shit helped me sleep. every once in a while i would jerk tryin to sleep, i think that ex shit fried some shit in my brain, i took a break off that shit so far for bout 2 years, but imma pop one day soon. fold.
