Any diet suggestions????

So me and my family just got back from vacation. Me and my lady said before the trip we would go on a diet when we get back just to feel better. I am not drinking soda, no red meat, or bread. Any other tips from you heathy fucks for a fat fucker like me? It started as a vegetarian diet but I know I couldn't survive that. It is a one month thing to start.

All that is pretty much needed is control serving size.. you know our eyes is bigger than our stomachs (almost). stop eating you and me size servings and serve the suggested servings...

i dunno if your mexican, but throw them tortillas you have in the fridge away..only eat tortillas when your eating tacos but dont do that too often either.

It's summer time so get on that grill. You can eat real healthy on the grill. Boneless, skinless chicken breast. Fish, any lean meats... Red meats occasionally aren't that bad, just go for lean cuts. Also grill veggies.

As far as the carb sources go, brown rice, sweet potatoes, oatmeal, low gi carbs, just keep those in moderation

Drink a lot of water, just replace juice, soda, beer, whatever u normally drink, with water

Keep alcohol to a minimum

Consume less calories than what your body burns. Move more, hit the gym. No need to cut out specific foods in your diet(weight/body composition is determined by your calorie intake & macronutrients[protein/fat/carbs]), but youre better off eating whole foods over processed foods, since the latter is lacking in micronutrients. cut back on liquid calories, seeing that they're not very filling.

Edit: Also, meal timing/frequency is irrelevant. Eat when its convienient for you.

U gotta diet. Calories in VS Calories out. You gotta burn more than what you take in. U can eat red meat. Just make sure its lean as fuck. You can eat bread. Just make sure its whole wheat. Eat stuff like boneless, skinless chicken breasts, Fish, canned tuna, complex carbs like oatmeal, whole wheat pasta, etc., salads with no dressing. Just lemon juice and olive oil. Egg whites, cottage cheese. Great protein sources. Dont forget your fruits.

You wanna lose weight fast? do cardio in the morning right when you wake up on a empty stomach. Just have a glass of water when u wake up, wait 30 mins then run. Works wonders but be prepared to lose muscle mass. Thats why u should keep your protein intake high so you burn fat and conserve muscles bruh goon!
