but cops are gonna do what cops wanna do, i been in too many situations to believe otherwise.as far as "your" civil rights,that words useless when its just you and some po's....
over here in stockton,a few months ago the guards at the county killed a dude by jumpin on his back and all that bullshit,the other guards filed false reports,but last week the judge said he aint gonna put charges on the officers,one (who was a sherriffs deputy at the time) retired right after dude died....also the judge was a prison guard in the 70's so thats why he didnt decide to prosecute....
over here in C.Y.A. Chad,a councelor and guard were beatin the fuck outta 2 wards,caught on tape.there we're also false reports from employees.the d.a. was quick to prosecute the wards.the councelor and guard didnt get shit....
then in Manteca or Ripon last year,the Manteca task ran into a dudes house w/out a warrent and ruffed up and arrested this cat.put a gun to his head and said "we'll kill you",dude had a camera on his dresser or some shit and caught it all on tape,and a few days ago the cops got away clean....
and the County Sheriff is on trial for some fedearl shit right now,but hes still calling the shots....
the thing is (at least here in Stockton/San Joquin county) the system is on the cops side.so watch your ass cus no ones gonna help you....

i dont know, how bout following the rules in life..
lets see, get a drivers license, have your vehicle registered, learn the basic rules of driving, and know your suroundings so that way you dont make "wrong" turns, and lastly remember that there are just as many "good" cops as "bad" cops.... just that the bad cops get all the publicity and when a cop does something good it gets swept under the rug..
if they murdered this man then someone should be fired and sentenced.. but keep in mind that we are reading a story wrote by a peice of shit journalist whose main job is to pull wool over our eyes one way or another.. no one was there except the people who was there so stay nuetral and keep it on the up and up with prayers for the man who lost his life and the cop who killed him.

the reason why they killin people is because they scared. They dont know if the dude they are jacking gotta pistol, or worse an ak. When the police get scared they start getting trigger happy. Nowadays you make the wrong move u are liable to get blasted. These cops are scared and they are trying to do some drastic shit. but that still gives them no reason to kill someone who is surrendering thats fucked up that shit makes me hella mad.
