i'm moven to Texas yall !!! i'm a yay area born and raised Native... lived in north Vallejo for like 10 years. and bounced every where in the bay. Lived in EPA, PA, EMP. Mateo and San Jo. aint no where like home, and cant wait to spread game where im at in TX. Maybe I can pull a Baby Bash and blow up there lol but I id rep the bay , not be hush mouth about my root... yeah Pills in Texas is still bread! I was there in Dallas a couple years ago and cats were selling them for 20 a pop and a hook up price is 15 bucks! I was like fuck it lets just get thizzed the fuck out.

Be careful out there though. Texas folks are shady esp. them vietnamese. lol.

brand spanking new homes go for $115,000-$145,000.......you can buy a used home(shack to decent) for around $80,000-120,00.

but if you wanna live BIG.....a custom made home from the ground up $150,000-300,000+.

people are moving out of cali and buying better homes for cheap. plus they can buy toys(jet skies, motorcycles, quads, boat)and add extras to their homes(pools, landscape, jacuzzi), all with the money they got from selling their homes. They can also pay off their debt and live debt free.......

i had a couple folks move to houston bought 3500-4000 square foot homes for like under 200 racks, but within less then 2 years they were back in the yay. some folks just dont like it, but if money is the main issue they usually end up stayin. with the lower cost of livin also means lower payin jobs though so if you love the bay like i do its worth it too grind it out and hustle harder in my opinion. aint no place like home!
