I also like those old school lacs and L-Dogs from the 90s you can get one cheap off an old lady with low miles, throw some new whitewalls and some zeniths and you are sittin clean

older euro luxury cars are cool cuz you can get them cheap and previous owners keep them in good condition, one problem is if anything goes wrong in one of those its gonna cost you a GRIP

nahh if ur homie is looking for a 94-01 car, his best bet will be a toyota supra. the motors in those things r beasts! the 2JZ motor can handle up to 800+ hp on the stock block. just get the basic needs for it go turbo i.e. intercooler, radiator, bov, cams, exhaust downpipe, and slap a turbo on it and u'll be hitting min. 400hp on about 16 pounds of boost. supra's can handle big turbos too so u can get some major power outta that thing.........that is if u can find one. they're sorta hard to find..

here's an example of a beast they are.. a T66(turbo) supra racing a twin turbo cobra.

first you need to ask him what his budget is, also how much does he want to spend on insurance and what are his goals in fixing up the car.

then go from there...there are so many good cars. 94-01 is really broad, thats like up to 3 different generations depending on the vehicle itself.
