of course, they're playing the same bullshit. the majority wants to hear it. BUT what this does is for the first time in however long, create competition for Clear Channel. 94.9's probably not gonna change, but KMEL's in trouble. The new station's plan is to allign itself with the streets and get their support by playing hometown hero's. That's why KMEL started playing the keak's and quinn's, etc... to combat it.
It's definitely positve for Bay fans because one or both is gonna be really supportive.
