studio gangstaz??
Pac did sell cookies. He had been arrested on many occasions, mostly because of his big mouth - a rebel is a mild statement. He did go to the school for performing arts
Look... Pac was born into Black Panther - very few of you truly know what kind of influence that is. That’s where he received his name Tupac - a given name from the Party. Knowledge is power. His mother and every peer would instill a strong sense of learning that would always be a part of his life. He had to read aloud the paper to his mother every day. He would read whole novels daily, and recite the important ish. Ms. Afini was not a weak minded woman - strong willed and strong minded. Pac got a lot of that determination. Just cause he learned ish doesn’t mean he ain’t lived the street life.
One of my homies is one of the big dealers on the blocc in downtown LR. He also helps me with my PC. Whenever a cookie monster comes in and sees him working on 4 pc's trying to set up a network while he is "working" - ie...selling - muthafucaz trip out - "oh, this homie is thugs with brain." I mean, I'll watch him pistol whip a dude, kicc him off of his portch and come bacc in and help me locate a SYS file for my new motherboard configuration so Beki (my pc's name) will run my XP from my W.D. 60G through my new AMD Athlon.
No I don’t think that Pac was a studio gangsta. I think that as he got more comfortable with his vocation, he would bring more of himself into his work, and that’s where a lot of muthafucaz started understanding a standard for Thug. Pac was not an exception - he was the rule.
And biggie did sell a lot before he started rappin. In fact, when he couldn’t get a real deal, he still did it and almost blew his chance at stardom because he almost went away for a long time. Yes it is true that Mrs. Wallas said that she had a strong hold on Big, but so does every mom. Most moms are under the same delusions. How much about you does your mom truly know? How much does she think she knows?
Im not saying that they were both hit men for known gangs. I will state that neither were “studio gangstas”
Ps… just to clarify, Pac is dead. But his legacy lives on…
