They aren't like they used to be though. Everyone remembers the guy getting out of his car, then car jacking the next guy....GTA style. Then the times where people would come out on the streets and cheer the evading car holding signs and yelling. Guys jumping in backyards trying to hide anywhere they can (play pens, trash cans, etc.)

Things just aren't like that anymore. Ever since 90s babies became old enough to drive, it's different now. At the end they just pull over and comply.

Its about to end, they sometimes cut out if they know shit is gonna go down. It's happened a few times in the past where they cut out and the next day in the paper you find out they blasted the guy.
