Especially if she then runs to the neighbor and police bragging about it. This wasn't some childish mistake, this was some crazy, uneducated, poorly raised, schizophrenic, shit.

But who knows. There could have easily been a history of abuse in the family. It's for a jury to decide I guess. It's hard to paint anyone as innocent, when they slash someone's throat over a bowl of cereal and then run around with blood on them taking credit for it.

IF there was prior instances of abuse around the lines of: sodomy, sexual abuse, burning with a curling iron, cuts AND bruises AND blood, the taking away of her civil rights, or locking her in a room for more than 7 days... maybe give her a lenient sentence.

But we all know DAMN WELL that man was the one who paid the $2.95 for the milk in that fridge, and if he poured it out than tuff mothafuckin luck. Get yo ass on the corner and sell your body or drugs and buy your own damn milk. I'll admit it was some hater ass bullshit for him to pour it out, but then again nobody here knows what kind of shit the guy went through trying to raise the girl. Likewise, we don't know what she went through.
