She would not even go to jail if all of this happened in Germany. The age of criminal responsibility is 14.

If you want my educated opinion on sentencing though, any 13 year old girl who feels justified in stabbing and killing a grown ass man in the neck over a glass of milk WILL NEVER become a "productive citizen" in a responsible sense of the term. Whatever prison sentence she has to go through is going to fuck up her education, ruin her social skills at a very young age, reinforce her shitty attitude, and generally every other terrible bullshit thing incarceration does to a human being. Prisons and jails don't rehabilitate people into better people, in the sense that they can be honest normal working members of society. VERY RARELY is there a person who can spend 10, 20, 30+ years in the U.S. prison system and come out reformed and sincerely willing to do good in the world (Tookie Williams I strongly believe could have been one of them). If anything, jail/prison makes you more violent (I spent 24 hours in county and raised my voice at damn near everybody, ready to bust somebody's face just cuz you can't cage me like that without my emotions getting the better of me... there's no outlet really).

The point is this- at the age of 13, you're MORE than able to understand moral and ethical judgment, whats right and whats wrong, the idea that there's no coming back from death and anybody who kills somebody most often spends LIFE in prison. At the age of 13, EVERYBODY understands these facts.

She's got no remorse for her actions, and she took a mans life- even went so far as to brag "I told you I'd do it! I aint even afraid to go to jail for it". That right there shows she understood what would happen BEFORE she chased the guy down and cut his throat.

I feel she's a dumb bitch, overly aggressive, probably crazy as fuck, and if she burns at the stake I'm not losing a moment of sleep over it.

Generally, children who are exposed to crime or show no hesitation to commit crimes at a young age are more likely to live a life of crime as they grow older.

If the guy was abusing her, it would be a different story... but in this particular case, I hope the girl gets fucked by the law like she deserves.

Minors should NEVER be charged as adults, how can someone who does not have the same rights, be held to the same punishment, shows how sick our "system" is when it judges 13 year old children's lives unredeemable. Its easy to throw away the key, we are all being raised be cowards, same way how they think anybody with a gun is a automatic bad person, like its not a fucking right. Fuck the system, fuck the police, and fuck all the cowards who are ok with the way shit is going cause it doesnt affect them at this very momement.
