The 49ers scouting department reportedly came away from Alabama OT Andre Smith's workout "impressed."
While it's the second report saying the overweight tackle was impressive, accounts of the workout have varied widely. The Niners draft No. 10 overall, but Smith's histrionics last month will likely have him slipping to at least the late-first round.

Yeahh didn't have a good pro day at all but just seen on NFL total access and they said looks like the raiders are looking at him

We don't need Crabtree, Avery and Burton will do just fine. We need O linemen and D. Since the draft is o line heavy we can wait til the 2nd round and get one. If the Lions don't take him ,then we should swoop him up.

As I sit here with a straight face, not kidding. I actually want a defensive team that can be Baltimoresque. 1 of 2 things is gonna happen for us , either we take an O lineman or Curry if he's available. Having a POTENTIALLY good WR, with no one to protect Bulgers happy feet ass, it wont really matter since Bulger wont have time to get him the ball. If Bulger had time to throw Holt's stats would have been prett decent.
Avery will be our deep threat and Burton will be a decent addition alongside him . I'd rather have that cat from Mizzou to be honest instead of Crabtree. Crabtree gives me this C. Rodgers vibe for some reason.

Mark Sanchez proday was EXCELENT....since i started really getting into drafts/combines/prodays he could be the best QB ive ever seen....he hit every pass on the field and his WRs looked ON too...

i think some scouts would agree...he could move up into the top 10 after that shit...most QBs dont improve that much from combine/prodays.....Sanchez DID that!
