You know what? I really like this band, but like you said...the styles are compleeeetely different. So i don't really know about all that deerhunter>dearhunter...maybe it can be Deerhunter=great=dearhunter i dunno but you know what i mean i guess. I can cope with both styles easily well...

I guess for us diatonic peeps, atonals can kick rocks. I never thought about having a favorite key, but lately I've realized I work best in E major. I think it's because I play guitar, but also because I can sing well in it. I'm not sure I guess I can sing well in other keys too but E major...

They remind me of mgmt on some songs. Good stuff though, i'll listen to the microcastle cd some more especially tomorrow. I like this. Favorite track so far would be "nothing ever happens" and I also like the title track.

yeah , this new comp sucks though, i can't install itunes or nada on it. So i might sell this. Supposedly it's the 64bit part...i don't get all that, but so far no dice. wmp works fine though. I'll try to find the links to their albums later tonight. nevermind the old link still...

Dear Hunter The Fall of Troy Gatsbys American Dream Toytugboats I monster I have a new computer with only the toy tugboats cd and the fall of troy ep. Great cds, i listened to both many time through now.

Oh by the way....i didn't go to the sigur ros show. 90 bucks down the drain huh. I tell people that i did go though. Got the tickets to prove it lol!

man...i bought that clay cd...i don't even know what it's called. I honestly didn't think the band sucked that bad... All my friends liked it too. Even my music hating sister.

I love the energy on this album, especially during the 3rd chapter. It has a eerie feel to it, the cd, and overall i think they achieved the whole ghostly mood thing. My favorite part is during part 3 at 2:35 ish.

Damn...that has to be one of the coolest intros ever. I'm loving this cd so far. I haven't listened to tfot in a long time.

^just skimmed that cd. First impressions....i like it. This bands really good. Shapeshiftin was kinda the odd song out though, i liked it nonetheless. Really jazzyish and the lead singers voice was alright too. Reminds me of casey kinda on the last song.
