I'm not ashamed in the slightest, nor do I really feel like I been exposed. The only thing I didn't tell the truth about here was that I returned to disney world after 2005. For one fucking weekend cuz my mom wanted to go back cuz she didnt want the memory of the place tarnished by her mother dying and saw the perfect opportunity when taking out a loan to cover my brother's university living costs. Its very reasonable when you consider the rising bills to pay with a son in university, you know you wont have much spare cash in the future so you take the opportunity now.

I did get to go to a beach one time in my life when I was 10, because my grandma was a degenerate gambler and she wanted to blow her tax return at an Indian casino in Pensicola, FL lol so she drove us there, left me and my friend at the beach all day while she gambled at a casino.

I never claimed I missed out as a kid. Maybe socially, but aside from being picked on and having no friends I had a comfortable childhood.

But I think you're taking those photos out of context. I'm not rich. At all. I'm not poor. But I'm definitely not rich.

My parents scraped together and paid to fly out to take their kids to disney world in 05. My mom went there in 94 with her sister's family, my aunt who recently passed away, and she wanted to take her own kids. So they saved up and took us there. For a whole week! Or, at least that was the plan. Her mother suddenly and unexpectedly fell ill and died. Really the only part of that vacation I remember clearly was my mom crying on a bench in disney. I know that makes me seem like a spoiled kid, but it was pretty heart breaking.

Fastforward to 2013, my bro is a smart kid and he's going to go to university. The student loan doesn't cover all costs, so my parents need to take out a loan. They realise that cash is about to become a lot tighter, so they see this loan as the perfect opportunity to revisit disney world cuz my mom's memory of the place was tarnished by the death of her mother.

I appreciate my parents for that. If I'm brutally honest, I got a heap of social troubles, no friends etc. But if it weren't for my mom, I would've offed myself. And she's the only recent I refuse to do it now. I refuse to break her heart.
