Shea, you can smash on them shits. Recognize when you get the craving and modify your behavior. Know that the peak times are after a meal, after a sexual encounter, driving in the car, or on break at work. Instead of falling in to the trap recognize it's happening and change your routine. Chew gum or eat a cough drop or something else. Most of the shit is just a habit of something to do. Use chewing tobacco or the patch to break the physical addiction and then work on modifying your behavior when you realize it's happening.
