^they are different players though, Messi/Fabregas & Kaka are playmakers, very creative and technical, they are key members of their squads without them the machine won't function right.

ronaldinho was just a freak in his prime though

Gio is a beast, but will never be on Messi's level. And believe me, I wish it were true but no way.

Outcast, I like how you put it. Without players like Messi, Kaka, the machine won't function right. You look at C.Ronaldo, he's a special player but the machine doesn't depend on him. He's very much replaceable IMO and his "tricks" are more for show than in the spirit of trying to WIN the game.

And Ronaldinho now is nothing, in his prime he was the best. But I still see Kaka and Messi as better players now than he ever was. Not as skilled with the ball at their feet maybe, but overall way better players. Ronaldinho needed the ball at his feet to do something, Kaka and Messi change the game without the ball as much as with it. That's how you can tell who's on the next level and who isn't. R9 and Zidane were def on that level...

even early in his career at man utd he was just showboating with his dribbling although he has cut it down a fair bit

lol Ronaldo has his far share of great teams.., Ronaldo is on the most expensive team ever...Messi and Barce are hot like coals, yeah the sqaud has a lot to do with it....but that short bastard is the best in the world last year and this year and the year that CR9 got it messi had a fair arguement too...

Ronaldo could be the best place kicker ever tho when he calls it a career...no matter where that dude lines up it has a chance of going in....

Not that much better, the guy just makes his team better while Ronaldo doesn't. He's not even the best player on his own team, Kaka is...

Not the best place kicker ever, but he's one of the best right now. Juninho is a sav though, I'll go ahead and say he's the best right now...

stole the words right out of my mouth,i didnt think many would know juninho on here.that dude is stoopid good at free kicks.dude has made the most amazing shots,even more then a couple only yards away from the half line.

Messi has everything going for him,and to be honest,hes only gonna get better
