Maybe Cable feels that starting Gradowski will eliminate all of the miscues (drops, penalties, mis fires)

If Gradowski comes in and the Raiders start scoring points and showing life then it will be a good move but if Gradowski comes in and the results stay the same then guess what?

The fingers are going to get pointed at Cable.... when is he going to get blamed or be held accountable?

He got away with beating up his former ex wives, girlfriends, he got away when he broke Hansen's jaw and now he's getting away from taking any blame for our 2-7 record. At some point in time he has to be held accountable.
what do you mean when is he going to get blamed?

first of all let me state I'm not trying to defend Cable and say he's a great coach, because he's not... but the players on the field are obviously not doing their job

Russell overthrows players and fumbles, our WR's drop tons of passes, Mcfadden fumbling the ball, etc, etc...

sure he can work on mechanics and all that in practice more maybe... (although we don't know what goes in on practice) but these are all mistakes that directly lead some of our losses... and are all mistakes by players themselves... not Cable

and who says he's not getting any blame? I know most fans, media, etc... are all blaming Russell... (and I'm not saying it's ENTIRELY his fault either) but most Raider fans are not happy with the job Cable is doing... and most people don't think he's a great coach

what do you want Al Davis to come out to the media and tell us how Cable is fucking up? do you want Cable to come out and put all the blame on himself?

I haven't watched all hsi press conferences, and don't recall everytihng he said... but I have to think at some he mentioned how he needs to do a better job coaching, or the team was out coached, or some blame falls on him, etc... but he's not gonna say "It's ALL my fault" when you got DHB over here dropping a pass that would have won us the fucking game

Nope, he hasn't done it yet. We're only a few losses away from the finger pointing at Cable. They must be droppin' passes in practice too. If Cable can bench Russell, he can bench the other screw ups as well.

You'll see what I am talking about if benching Russell doesn't improve us a team overall.

Bet you guys wish Garcia would have stuck around now huh
Even if Garcia helped us win right now it wouldn't help in the long run so im glad he not here, I want Gradowski to start for a while cuz it looks like he has what it takes to be a starter.

A few losses, LOL.
Seriously man when is he going to accept some of the blame???? Dropped passes, drive killing penalties, defenders missing tackles and blowing coverage assignements, etc.... that's the sign of a bad coached team.

If it was/is just the qb, then the back-up should be able to come in and cure all the problems. We'll see how we do against the Bengals.

That debate ended when DHB dropped a perfectly throw 50 yards bomb and then volley ball tipped the ball in the air for an INT. He had a chance to make huge plays and he hurt us more than helped. If he didn't drop that bomb, we would have won and JR probably wouldn't have gotten benched.

So this debate is on hold til this mf learns how to catch. I had no idea this dude would be this bad or I would have never started this thread.

That debate ended the first day Crabtree stepped on the field for everyone except you.
the debate ended when my raiders picked a 7th round pick as a 7th overall pick. DHB has played like absolute shit but with a great attitude, whereas crabtree is just the opposite.

it's a possibility that DHB will improve and be worth the 7th pick, but I highly doubt it, he keeps doing dumbass shit and doesn't have any hands.

just completely eliminate the possibility from your head right now... that's the same thing we were saying in Minnesota about Troy Williamson... trust me, it never happens.
