Yes, I have heard of and am a big fan of alll three of them, but LYRICALLY they are not even on the same level as Yuk.Turf Talk isn't even a lyricist, so I don't know why you even mentioned him. Let me break it down for you..

Here is a verse from Quinn

"Give me a minute to get in it
Give me a minute with one of your main bitches
Mental fitness I demonstrate
Right in front of your eyes
Watch your bitch elevate from a five to a nine
Confidence booster all in her mind
And I'm checkin' every dollar and dime
[Come with me]
To the city where my committee chase titties and ass
[Are you ready? Come with me]
I'll show you where the check break fast
And we bust heads fast
If a nigga not in single file
Run up on him single style
Let the thing break him down
You love my methods
Take a nigga off the Earth if he on my shit list reckless
The key copper
Have to eat proper
Bitches lookin' for guidance
Had to be proper
Tone Capone is the beat dropper
The jump off is jumpin' off proper
And it's about to get hotter"

Now a verse from Yuk..

"Go to jail, bail out, go to court, fight the case, beat it
I walk out the court house conceited then repeated, weeded
The cops can't believe it, the block I bleed it, the glock I squeeze it
We plot strategic, pop and leave a nigga paraplegic
Send yo Christmas carols to Jesus
We operated like Pharoahs in Egypt
The double barrel rip yo flesh and bone marrow to pieces
Our thesis take money together, each fellow is even
That means we all eatin, we call meetings
Greetings wit bosses, any losses niggaz catch a hard beating
The mob meetings at the four seasons
Our mission fly them pies down to Chi-Town, N.Y, Detroit and Cleveland
And have them East Coast boys grieving
They sell em for 28, we sell em for 65, me and my boys scheming
The blast the glock at cowards, drop like the towers
Flood the block wit powder, we got the money and the power"

San Quinn's word play, rhyme-scheme,punchlines, and metaphores are nowhere as complex as Yuk's. San Quinn usually rhymes one or two syllable words such as dime/mind/shine/line...etc., and rarely uses punchlines and metaphores. Read Yuk's verse, and see the difference.
I DIG HOW YOU BROKE THAT DOWN RIGHT THERE....BUT YOU DIDNT DO QUINN JUSTICE WITH "COME WIT ME"...THAT WAS PROLLY ONE OF HIS WEAKEST SONGS ON I GIVE YOU MY WORD...AND YA BOY RAPS LIKE AD LIBS TO BE HONEST THOU...HE STILL TIGHT AND IM SURE HE GONNA POLISH HIS SKILLZ

That's probly the worst moment you could have picked to ask that question. Yuk has just gotten his shit together as a solo artist. He got his voice together, his flow together, and he's finally ready to really do it. He as raw as he was in '95, if not rawer-and he's definitely much tighter than he was on his first solo albums. Now is the time for him to really rip it.
As far as the San Quinn/Yuk comparison, I think they're both hard lyricists. Comparing two verse at random is tricky because it doesnt always do justice to both rappers you compare, and I think thats what it is in this case. They both on about the same level to me, they some of the most talented cats still putting out records in the bay. I'd like to hear em both work together more.

I'll admit Yuk's pretty decent as far lyricism goes but I just think the majority of his trackz are garbage. Let's be real it takes more than some catchy lyrics to make hits. I'd rather bump Mess..

bottom line is that yuk cant make great songs...if he was gonna be put on again, it would have been with GODZILLA back in 03. that didnt take off, so really, his side projects (dvd & beef mixtapes) are all that kept him relavent. i like the dude on a personal though

for every time that yuk gets punked he usually comes out with dope music to cancel everything out.

if you would have asked who was better in the 90s I would have said Quinn, but since Thug Lord, Yuk has been a "ferocious fucking creep"

Could you have picked a worse verse from Quinn to make that comparison? What about HardWay, Shock the Party, Q2020, etc.

I know this wasn't one of his best verses, but I got the lyrics from www.ohhla.com, and they only have a few of his songs on there. Feel free to post any other lyrics that you have, but I'm telling you, Quinn is nowhere as complex as Yuk. End of story..

Im glad I didnt write that! This is just riddled with shit that doesnt make any sense. You should get a new screen name and start over 'IMO Why do people always write that? Of course its your 'O, who elses would it be?............anyways, Yuk is a ferocious fucking creep on the mic! Sometimes I think he's the best in the Yay and sometimes I dont. (then I always remember its Charlie Hustle) How can we even argue about the Bay's finest? MOST of us know whos spillin lava on a different level and who isnt. The guys that are on the other level are there for different reasons: styles, lyrics, etc. I really dont think you can decipher from there.
Naw cutty you dont get my question. I seen some niggas arguing on anotha website about if yuk still a factor in the bay. They both had valid points. Yeah he got flows but niggas aint slappin his shit like keak,f.a.b, Mac Dre and others. These youngstas dont know no yuk verses but they know all keak and mac dre shit.and i mentioned that spider shit cuz spider is a LA nigga that beat down a bay nigga and that aint a good look for the bay imo. He have all the talent in the world but if u look at this rap game the niggas with the most flows aint eatin.
