will he be put in with genreal population...?i thought that high profile defendants were housed seperately because inmates are animals.

if hes on death row he'll be in his cell like 23 hours a day right..plenty of time to hang himself r whatever...i dont know whats really..all i know is he was convicted..but its up to god to judge this cat

^^ so true, texas executes jaywalkers every 10 seconds.....rapists are lined up and shot on the hour, and its the only state that still does public hangings.
Theres no such thing as Parole in Texas, every crime is a capital offense.

They were trying to give me the chair for not paying my power bill.

his chances of being raped, shanked, whatever are a whole lot lower no

and most likely he wil die of old age





but who knows what the gaurds have up there sleeves

and to think all this from circumstancial evidence!!!!!!! pretty strong circ. evidence... who else would of done it??? but still no murder weapon... NO physical evidence that links him to the murder??? kinda scary

A CRIME OF PASSION? I THINK SO BUT I DONT THINK IT WAS PLANNED.
EVEN IF HE DID DO IT(WHICH I FEEL HE DID) THERE WASNT ENOUGH EVIDENCE...ITS BEYOND A REASONABLE DOUBT TO CONVICT

I DO NOT BELIEVE IN THE DEATH PENALTY...
WHO ARE WE TO JUDGE?? WHO ARE WE TO HAND OUT DEATH?
HOW CAN KILLING HIM BE PUNISHMENT. ROTTING IN JAIL FOR THE REST OF HIS LIFE WOULD BE WORSE TO ME...
