How does that make me close minded? Actually, I think 95% of rappers suck in general. It isn't that I am close minded because I do give artists a listen, but 95% of the time I don't think that what a rapper is doing takes any skill. Now there are obviously some rappers that I do think have a talent but their forums just don't happen to be on the siccness.

^^^I'm sayin that 95% of the shit you hear on the radio or see on TV (which would be the mainstream shit) is GARBAGE. The underground however, has more talented rappers, becuz they haven't been tainted by the industry. But still about 75% of the underground is garbage too. do you not understand what those two things mean? in case you dont we are talking about rap, mainstream RAP is the cats in the industry gettin paid cause a unknown ghostwriter makes em sound hott.. underground rap, is the hungry muhfuckaz who are out there workin there ass off promotin there shit, writing there own shit, and just doing whatever it takes to get that studio time.. Most of these artists could give 2 fucks about getting signed to a major label they making music because they love the music ..

It's a bit difficult for you to understand because probably we have different age, we live in different countries, under different conditions and so on(and my English is not good!). It's sure that we agree on many opinions and we disagree on many others. I just don't like separating rap meaning. I don't say I listen to underground rap, I don't say I listen to mainstream rap.In fact I don't just listen to rap.I love rap, I am rap.
