I'd look for a pierce county police car pic (since I live here I know that's not one, that's probably a NYPD car) and work on your proportioning of things, the top is a big cluster fuck, and then there's a bunch of space towards the bottom. But like Tony said make the fonts bigger, and what's the picture of in the upper right hand corner?

Maybe the yellow police line should be layered behind the white outlines and not stickin out all the way to the sides? I might be wrong - id have to see it to judge more. but i think it'd fit in more. I dunno.

aparently I spoke too soon, Tacoma Police have a white car with that blue stripe thing going down it too... so it probably could stay, I always think of the dark green cars though... just thought I should let you know since finding cop car pics is probably hard...
