heard the first fifteen seconds then closed the song. no disrespect to ya boy at all, i think he's a very talented dude but this is just another 'hmm lemme do something that will get me on the radio' bubblegum pop song and i think ya boy is much better than that. but regardless i hope the song does well for him.

^^^shouldn't have to be like that tho. it was inspiring to hear songs like Nas 'If I ruled the world' and BIG's Juicy and Ice Cube 'Only in California' and shit like that on the radio back in the day. But hey, to each is own and do what ya gotta do!!

Whats wrong with making a song that makes your chances of being on the radio better? Isn't that the point? Arent we all trying to get to the top? We all know that radio is the biggest outlet period to get your name and music out there.I respect your view homie. But even though its "bubble gum" in your opinion there is millions that will buy a stick of that bubble gum. Lets get that money!
I see what you're saying... but he can come with a dope sounding song for the radio that doesn't sound as wack as that shit

I'm not knocking him for making a radio friendly club song... I'm knocking him for making a garbage ass radio friendly club song... there's a difference

Shit is dope man. We are never going to get 1996 back so stop looking for it. If you want mob music there's cats out there doing it so buy it cause it's not pushing and they would be happy to have your dollar. Dude is doing his thing straight up.

I thought I was maybe a little harsh with my comments earlier about the track being "garbage" so I came back to give another listen. Still garbage. And that's really, really stinky garbage at that. Usually if an artist on the west releases a song I aint diggin all that much, I still support because it's all about the movement......but this is on another level....terrible, terrible track. I have heard lots of music by this man, and he has so much more talent. He can definitely get nationwide radio play (if he isnt already) by coming up with somethin else. Why does he hafta follow the pack with the techno beat and auto-tune? "We Run LA", that was hot. That was a real nice, smooth, california track. Maybe he shoulda stayed with something like that......I don't think this formula works for him at all......With all that said, I'm still gonna be checkin for him when he drops his next tape.....

Who is buying "we run L.A."??? Probly only the people in L.A.(Majority). That tecno/auto tune thing you talk about is a INTERNATIONAL sound "now", and music evolution dosent wait for you or anybody for that matter ..see what im talking about. Your interests are your interests, but if your interests dont expand with the music as well, then your left only liking something that is usually old and out dated. Whats garbage for you is treasure to white kids here in the states and in Europe. Its about the music, but at the same time i wont go broke or starve my self just to keep a certain style of music alive that cant even sale units in my own region ......i work my whole life in music, and i LOVE MUSIC, but ive worked hard enough to know i can think about making money from it as well and not feel guilty. Ether mold into the "now" or become moldy by "tommorow".
We run L.A is top 20 on itunes.. Somebody is buying it

^^That's right...the song is nice and it's only like 2 minutes long. I think dude misinterpreted what I wrote up there. I support all sorts of stuff, matter of fact sometimes I feel like I'm the only person who still buys CDs. I feel like a sucka sometimes. I've bought probably 35-40 CDs this year and it's only halfway through. You don't know anything about me man, I have molded into the now. I'm not sayin any artists should be making mob music like someone stated earlier, that stuff is dead. It should stay in the mid 90s. I think music is more creative now than ever, there's so much to choose from in all different genre's right now. It's crazy. Anyway, that single is garbage, he shoulda went with a different approach....Dude's got so much talent and push behind him, I feel like if he were to make a radio-friendly single, it could be sooo much better than this.....
