Al Franken is so smart, that he made something called "The Anti-Rape Bill" as if there was ever a "Rape? Eh Either Way Bill".

I don't really understand where RAPE fits into the 2009 Defense Appropriations bill. And just because you don't vote for a bill that contains hundreds of other "amendments", doesn't mean you disagree with each and every one.

It's a shame to see such bullshit in reference to national defence.
