they e-mailed you stating that the brand new, factory sealed, double cd they bought from you contained TWO Disc 2 CDs rather than a disc 1 and disc 2?? I'm having a hard time believing it.. I can understand if the cd was sold as a used cd..

Can I get some opinions..

Things happen. Plus it only cost you a small amount to print each cd, so instead of losing a valued customer just make it right for him. I doubt someone would go thru all the trouble of contacting you about a matter like this if they were trying to hustle you. If they bought the cd directly from you, take care of the problem. If not then tell them to contact the store where they bought it.

If it was a major-label press, it would be a very rare occurance. But some of these indie labels use some ghetto-ass pressing plants, so it wouldn't surprise me if they messed up.

I would have him ship you the cd back with the 2 same cd's, then send him a replacement if you have one.
Yeah, just have him send it back to you so you can verify for yourself. If he's telling the truth, then he will take time out of his own day and spend his own money to send it back to you. If the truth holds up, then give him a replacement or a refund.
