What if a large number of people got together and bought as many copies of Killer as they could spare money for? Im talkin people who could buy a few hundred dollars worth of copies, make the first week sales insane, including Travis even Tech himself... and heres the twist, after buying all these extra copies everyone could return them for their cash back. You know keep a copy or two for your enjoyment but wait a month and pull the wool over the industries eyes. If we could rally enough people to pony up some cash, I know theres more than a handful of diehards and some juggalo sheep that will rally behind anything, especially if you get the cash back in the end.

Is this plausible? I can think of no legal implications for doing something like this. Do they subtract returns from the total number of albums sold? Im mean image in Tech was number on the billboard charts for a week, how much interest would it catch? How many people would go buy it strictly because it looked like everyone else was? The masses don't buy music because its good, they buy it because everyone else is. Then take into consideration, alot/many/most of the people who would buy it would in turn become fans. New fans means further sales of the back catalog and other artists on the labels releases.

I dont know if this would work or even if anyone would be down, but it seems like an incredible F.T.I. move to me, but then again i could be just another drunken idea.

Thoughts or Suggestion?

im def going to get atleast one guarantee that

i thinks its a lil uncalled for if you get more than three
one to listen too
one to get signed
and one for collection or in the ride

i mean if you have the money and then want to pass them out after buying the 10-20 copies then do what you want, but returning isn't a good idea and hogging them isn't either

It's not enough for me to BUY the one copy? Tech has my money, and the sale, but I'm supposed to buy more copies so his numbers look good?

How the fuck would it look if a store sold out of Killer, then a week later they all got returned? And in the meantime, people going to buy their one copy get turned away because they're "sold out".

Fuckin' genius, bro... Fuckin' genius.
