So our schedule comes out every Sat. I had bought some tickets to go to a concert with my girl. I go into work today and see that the schedule is changed for tomorrow now and the concert is tomorrow night.

Can my employer just change the schedule like that... do i have any rights. They didnt even ask me?

I think they need like 2 or 3 days before they can change it. So I don't know. Maybe talk to one of the HR people there.

if you tell em you made plans and bought tickets after you first saw the schedule I'm pretty sure they have to give you the day off
