The production on this is really great. That said I just can't get into Wiz for some reason, I've tried and while he isn't bad there just isn't something clicking with his music for me. One of his in-house producers, Cardo, is really dope though. Dude has been making some of my favorite beats in the last few months.
This new mixtape is pretty dope to me. Track 5 o.n.I.c is off the fuckin hook. The song samples electronica producer kaskade and deadmau5 song "I remember" . I guess u have to "get" wiz's music to fully understand it. His music it totally for the smokers that's why I think some people might think its boring..I'm n9ot saying that everysong on this mixtape is fire but at least 9 songs have been gettin constant play since I downloaded it.
Dude is from the suburbs of Pittsburgh. There ain't any gangs out here, the fuck else is he going to rap about besides weed?
That being said, his music is weak as fuck. I guess it's cool he named the mixtape after his high school which is right down the block from where I live.
Also, he rolls blunts with shitty ass black and milds. I've watched him do it.

I guess you guys have a point on his content. I know a lot of rappers tend to rap about the same thing a lot. Maybe it's just that a lot of Wiz's music is sounds the same, including the production. I dunno, I just remember when he first came out I was really feelin his music. The more I listened to it, it started to become boring to me, with the exception of some songs here and there. Just my opinion though.
