regular tint usually starts slowly breaking down after about 3 years... just because the sun is to powerful...but its better having your tint gettin faded and fucked up than your interior right.

also that is why you make sure to get a warranty if you plan on keeping your car for quite some time.

yeah i wouldnt get it done outside to much dust flyin around and it will make the tint look crappy with all kinds of dust in it. but no matter what it is damn near impossible not to get a spec of dust in your tint. but a good tinter knows how to hide their dust while bad tinters will just say fuck it and let it slide.

but when you see cars with air bubbles in their tint its because the tint is old already.

3 years? cooooooooooooooool. shit ill be in the range for a new car by then. im not trying to do too much shit to my car but tint is definitely something im looking to do.

only thing im a lil worried about is the visibility of my side windows...but i got one of those panoramic rear view mirrors and shit so i guess i dont need them much anymore.

Which basically means if you accidentally scratch the surface of your tint, just peel off a piece at one end and tell them it just happened one afternoon when you rolled your windows up.
