Will Mixtapez Become Collector Items?

With the recent bullshit involving DJ Drama & a lot of people raising up on mixtapes I'm wondering if mixtapes are gonna become collector items sometime down the line. Most of the material waz exclusive & mixtapes are a lot more rare 2 get then an artist regular CD's. In several years I people are gonna be on ebay makin a killin sellin these thingz.

that would be the day if mixtapes became the rare music items to collect haha. that would be some shit but i dont think it will happen. personally all the mixtapes i have (like over 50) i listen for a month then trash it

No because they're too easy to reproduce. All are on cdr wit tha lightscribe etching easily done on computer and one on inserts.

no, because people don't kill on eBay over anything that dropped after 2000 because it's freely available for download; mixtapes are on CD-Rs which doesn't make owning a physucal copy of them more attractive than having the MP3 version

maybe cause collectability has a direct correlation with scarcity and i SWEAR i've had at least 4 mixtapes where the silver foil started chipping off. CHEAP ASS SHITS! fuckin 10cent CDrs lol
