Thank you! I am reading this thread wondering the same exact thing. Find a better way to describe your pet peeves. The term is saturated with racism towards blacks. I'm picturing white kids bumping Tupac, talking about us N@ggers. There are subcultures in every culture. The description of baggy pants etc. is describing a subculture not a race.

Exactly...I know for damn sure the older people in my family dont wear baggy pants, bandannas, big chains, etc...and they are just as black..

i moved around a lot when i was a youngsta. but moved to Frisco my freshman year in high school. well when i was a junior i got in some trouble with the law and had to go live with my godparents in San Rafael and was on probation and what not(I got kicked out of my pops house). so i went to terra linda my junior year of high school. that was one of the most bizarre experiences in my 28 years of life. Marin County is like it's own world. i feel bad for the people that grow up there.

it's just so drastically different from living in the Mission District it's really crazy.
it's like almost every single guy that lives out there is a wigger. Even the people of color are wiggers there. Even the girls are wiggers. It's just so bizarre i don't think I could really put the experience into words. It's definitely its own world. And what makes it even more strange the people that are from there don't understand that it is a strange strange place.
