I know what you mean. When the Movement first started People was puttin out quality Slap but now every N*gga with dreads think they music go. Thats why u should jus keep listenin to Yuk, Messy, Jacka, and Quinn.

Real talk.Keak is puttin out below average music for quick buck's to support a habit.What kinda habit im not gon speak on but im sure yall know about it.Its sad because when was the last time a rapper was on a song that made it to 106&park and couldnt get a major deal? But shouts out to my nigga fabby,I always said he was gon be the 1 who rep the bay in the right light.
the south got everything they have now from the bay 10 years ago. my girls dad owned In-a-Minute and he told me bout back in like 91-95 he was takin everybody from the bay out to atlanta and tearin shit up. besides three 6 mafia nobody from the south was ever doin their own thang. thats why u got folks like jeezy nd TI doin all them d-boy raps now. the bay was always rappin bout that shit nd then the south found a sound to go with it. now the bay has taken that sound nd changed it a little to fit what they like. pretty much both regions are putting out the same music with different accents. who cares? listen to what makes you feel good and if a group of 17 year olds wants to take the greatest opportunity of their lives and run with it then let them! you'd do it too!

without those "crackas in suits" there is no music industry. there's music... but no industry. that means hip-hop never leaves poverty-stricken areas and retains a negative view in the medias eyes. that means nobody that makes rap ever sees "the american dream." that means you dont get to bitch about it on the siccness cuz there would be no reason to start a hip-hop forum. i think that people would have a lot different view of music industry suits if they were receiving six figure royalty checks every month. nobody makes artists make music a certain way, MONEY does. blame the weak-minded artists that arent conscious enough to negotiate the terms of their own contracts.
