I just got thru watchin the new pack video and im like damn the bay is starting to dumb down its music to be like da south.Its 1 thang to go dumb and be on dat hyphy shit but to make weak shit and be like the south is a whole different scenario.Most of the young bay rappers are garbage.Mistah fab and locksmith are the only 1's im feeling.But my question is do any of yall notice this shit?

theres still alot of good bay music out there...but with all the money being put in our face its hard for people to not do anything to get it..how many of you would sing shake that laffy taffy for millions of dollars? Money and exposure is gonna reward good artists, but at the same time it'll bring out fakers, copy cats, and straight up shitty rappers
In the early 2 mid 90's to late 90's the bay had a patened sound.Rather it was mob music or the playa shit we was on our own hype.Yeah niggas fam came from the south but when u move to the bay u dont bring dat south shit to the music game.Even Master P had to change his shit to mob music when he was in da rich.Im just trippin off how the pack and the federation are the 2 groups to get deals from the bay and they just so happen 2 be the 2 groups who ppl are gon think from the south off top.
