why did c-bo and brotha lynch have beef?

i remember brotha lynch gave shoutouts to c-bo during 93-95, but they never made songs during that time...then c-bo dissed him on that celly cel track "ride". if only lynch would have responded...but anyone know how it started?

I thought Lynch mentioned somewhere it had something to do with his Cousin Q-Ball getting shot at Bo's video shoot, not sure though. It was a damn shame they never made a song together while they were still in their "prime"(1994-1998)

Yep, sommething like Lynch was mad cause Bo and them 'didn't do shit' when Q-Ball got killed and then C-Bo said that he was like the only one pullin his gun and shit...

yeah i dont think they had serious problems like that...but it was over when lynchs cuzzin got smoked at c-bo video shot...then lynch said some shit like "only a child emptys a gun twoards the sky" in the beging of that q-ball track on season of the sicc...and i guess he ws talkin bout c-bo...but its really all just he said she said type shit

In my opinion...That will never happen playa, them niggas do they own thing, Bo is fin to blow up and Lynch is just grindin doing the Madesicc act sticking to HIS LABEL. Signing artist like K-DUBB (hard ass rapper) and C-LIM, I wish there would be a blocc movement 2 soon but these niggas are just in different situations right now...I wont be suprised if Bo made a Cashville/Westcaost Mafia movement....

Are you saying "setup"......People use the word setup as to describing a place, just like the word "scene." "Returned to the scene" "Returned to the setup"

What u maynot is that C-Bo waz filming the video for 4 Deep on 24th street. Some Bloods from I believe Meadowview showed up & Bo told the homies from GBC 2 chill cuz they were envited 2 the Video shoot by Bo. All hell broke loose & that's when Q-Ball got shot. Afterwards there was a lot of speculation that it was a set up & Bo was behind it. And that's where the line "returned to the 'setup'", came from when Lynch said it in the song Liqour Sicc. He used it as a subliminal diss aimed @ C-Bo instead of just coming out & saying it..
