What company you work for....? I used to work for Cellone/At&t wirelessin SSF for about a year...what dept you work in?
I was in the "revenue retention" team, when you want to cancel service you gotta go thru me...and i wasnt about to let you "just quit" our service....lol
i'd damn near be fighting with people who wanted to switch companies....you wasnt leavin without a fight...but i hooked hella people up coo too....
