I just watched the video and remembered it from way back in the days when the Bay was doing thangs! I have to admit that that was a quality video for what it was back then. And the song was definitely dope. Probably one of the hottest songs back in i think 1996. "Keep it On the Real"

For some strange reason I can't post the site address.

But peep it on this myspace profile.

That was definitely the cut back in the day. When I first went to ATL for school in like 2001 I was slapin "keep it on the real" and this broad asked me who sung the song and I said its 3x's. She said she loved that video back in the day but couldn't find the cd in any of the stores out there. I thought that was trip that out of nowhere someone from GA recognized the song and used to like it too. That just goes to show you that if the Bay gets its music out there in other places people will feel it as much as we do.

Yeah mayne, that album is probably one of the best Bay albums ever. Keep It On The Real is a fucking classic! The production on this track is so god daymn crispy clean! That West Coast Shit song is also a straight classic. 3XKrazy was really reppin' tha Bay back then! And we can't forget about Sickkaluffa. Oh boy! I really miss those days back in 93-97 when you just knew that the Bay shit you picked up in the stores was gonna be smashin' on everything else!

Spice 1 with 187 He Wrote is also another classic album from that Bay era.

hell yeah!!!! With the lime green gear on, getting ¨hoe-napped¨, that shit was sick as fuck!!!!!! Tone Capone came EXTRA clean with that beat (think that One Drop did some work on that too, cant remember off the top). Cats nowadays talking about ¨Nintendo ass beats¨ need only to peep out the work Bay producers did back in that era. Aint nothing simple about Khayree, Tone and shit even Too Short/Ant Banks/Dangerous camp with the live instruments and shit, JUST to name a few.........thats why I always say I am stuck in an era, cause the main shit I be bumping be shit from 93-97.......
