E-40 I think has done the most for the Bay and he's worked with East/West/South artists....anybody you can imagine...and he ain't picky either...he'll work with a well-known artist or he'll work with some underground shit...so I would say he's the Boss Tycoon of this City! IMO

All the folks yall are naming are worthy for the props that's why i asked this Question because the bay to me got hella talent and no props ya feel me!!They are just like Felony Entertainment hella talent and no props because few outside of Washington has heard of us www.felony.net Matter of fact i Have done shows with Lynch,E-40,san quinn,J.T.,Dre dog and more in Tacoma Washington,when E-40 and the Click were "tired of being stepped on" and Lynch Was "24 Deep" Meaning i been in this underground Struggle for a Minute!!!!

Like mentioned Earlier, gotta give it up to $hort & 40 for pavin the way. Then you have FACTORS in the game like JT, Cellski, Black-C, Quinn,Messy Marv, Sean-T, Keak, EAski, New Bay cats, anything affiliated with Ric Rock, but right now the hot spot is Frisco with the Town right behind....You cant really narrow it down to one person. All these people mentiones are using they own HUSTLIN TOOLS the way the BAY taught them....
