JT got overall more talent then Daz..Daz was a better artist as DPG working with Kurupt...his solo albums stink IMO.

Right now they are both shit. But i used to like JT more than. I used to bump all the old GLP cd's and the first few JT cd's. The only Daz album i really liked was RAW. That album was HARD as fuck.

Daz's first solo "Retaliation, Revenge, and Getback was real tight. but I agree he sounds much better when he doin' it w/ Kurupt, Soopafly, and the rest of them Dpg cats. It's hard to compare him to JT due to contrasting styles but one thing they have in common is they have both fallen off a bit. Still a fan of both tho

Well, RETALIATION, REVENGE & GET BACK and R.A.W. were on hit, but I wasn't feelin' his last two (THIS IS THE LIFE I LEAD and that new one whose name escapes me...)

Lyrically, JT would have the advantage, though, not just in terms of flow, but also in terms of vocabulary and subject matter. Daz is often content to just spit the gangsta shit, which is cool in limited doses, but eventually you want to hear about other things...

PEACE!
