This 06038022 cat is always bidding up peoples items, but he never win's shit. Is this a person who get's a kick/likes to see how far people will go for a CD? I've blocked him from my auctions, because he might bid up some of my shit and cause a person/ebay to think that I was involved in some shill/artificial bidding. Next thing you know...this person might not want to pay, b/c he thinks that you're on some funny shit. Look at his feedback. This foo' will bid shit all the up to the last dollar or cent without passing up highest bidder. He rarely like to be the highest bidder. I've seen him bid things past the $200. It's funny because he's always bidding things up, but somehow he never wins except for 7 time this month, but we've all seen him on everything with his early bidding war practices? Who is this guy? Who does he work for?

This dude just retracted a bid on a CD that I want. First I saw him do what he normally does (Bid my shit up to the sky), but he accidentally outbid me. Then I wrote the seller and told him I aint paying shit if this foo' retracts his bid at the last minute, because I will get stuck with the price. Next thing you know....this foo' does exactly what I said and retracted his bid. I'm a seller and everybody knows this, but on the real I don't need this. This fools bound to do this on my listings and the person who gets stuck with the high price might not want to pay it. Then what? I'll have to go through the whole re-listing thing, file an unpaid bidders notice to buyer who got fucked in the game and have to wait an additional weeks to get paid after the re-listing ends. If I put something up for auction, I aint trippin' about the price, but if I do want more money for it, I'll start it where I want it or put a reserve on it. This nicca ain't helpin shit. Just wait until he does this shit on a item that you're trying to sell or buy. I bet that you'll feel the same way. I had to refuse to pay 2 mofo's this past month because of his ass. Luckily they worked with me anyways, despite all of this. If he bids on my shit he better buy it. hummm , but if someone want an item then he puts an maximum bid ,if he got you until the top of ur bid then u normally still should be happy to get it even if its the hurt limit of your maximum bid.but it seems to be very strange that he can retract bids in the last seconds , never knew that this is possible .also i thought when u retract a bid then All ur bids go away.hmmm maybe im wrong

I feel that I'm a logical person so check this out. I thought the same as you InDo. I thought that you could "ONLY" take back the "LAST" bid and not the others. Today I notice that he retracted all of them (Bids) at once. I didn't know that it was possible to do that. Don't get me wrong, I love when people fight over my auctions, but this guy is going to eventually get sellers caught up in a situation were the winning bidder feels like he got jerked b/c of this next statement. If I noticed and you notice how fraudulent this guys bids/activity is, then everybody else who has responded to this thread has noticed it. Then you need to think about how obvious his activity is to everybody else who didn't respond or know about this forum (to know about this thread). People do put up maximum bids, but nobody really wants to spend that much if they don't have to. It's more like a buffer zone/just in case zone when some people make that bid. I know that you've had a high maximum, but really hoped that it didn't have to go that high. I know that I've done it before. Yeah, true it is your maximum, so in a NORMAL situation you would be happy to pay for it anyways. BUT, Nobodys happy when they see the same cat doing the same thing over and over again. PLUS he's obviously raising the price on purpose and yet he never wins, except for here and there. It's bound to make you question this persons motive. I used to think that he worked for particular sellers as their personal shill bidder, but I notice that he was doing it all over the place and on anybodys sales. i agree that really pisses me off i do ebay a lot and i am pissed when people do that this one time in particular was for the regime all out war volume 2 cd when it wasnt selling anywhere i found it on ebay and this dickhead rose the price so high i was and still am pissed about that. i got it but at a very high price
I never heard of dude. But I do know for a fact that there are a lot of sellers out there who have more than one account, or use a friend's/family member's account, and they use that shit to make high bids on their own auctions. Some fucked up shit man. YA'LL KNOW WHO YOU ARE! It's the worst thing about eBay, in my opinion. And it's just too bad eBay can't do shit about it.
