well stores cant really do that. if i were u. id call them. and complain about ur service. then a couple days later call again, and tell them they said theyd fix it, yet ur calls are dropping non stop. then bring up the phone subject. how its no good and u feel u need a new one. mention verizon how they got a promotion and ur just gonna go with them. then tell them u wanna cancel. theyll try and call ur bluff and transfer u to the cancelation team. but once u get there, theyll offer u a deal. alot of times if they cant get u a discount on the phone theyll offer u discounts or credit. i have like 35 bucks off my bill and every mth just as a monthly discount and i only have 2 lines so its alright. just cause i threatned to cancel. if it doesnt work the first time wait a lil and complain again. that always works. i worked for a cell company. dont expect to get an outrageous amount of credit tho lol. maybe a mthly discount and 200 extra minutes. oh yea and dont be a dick cause then the rep will just say fuck it and cancell u off lol.
