opiate tolerances seem to stay around for a long time. i was messing with vicodin percocets and oxy before i got into syrup so that ruined it for me.
if you have medical insurange go to the hospital and tell them you cough all night and you cant sleep and its gotten to the point where it really hurts your chest

edit: and dont mix syrup with alcohol. sure all the bad-asses will tell you its okay. promethazine is a antihistimine. too much alcohol + antihistimine = respiratory depression = death
or if your lucky maybe youll just wake up in a pool of vomit with no idea what you did last night and how you got home
so if you are stupid enough to drink DONT DRINK TOO MUCH. just cuz someone got away with it dosent mean its smart.
