We are all human beings first and other things 2nd. Its a shame that it has got this far. One thing I do think should happen is all of the racially seperate organizationgs (NAACP, UNCF) and other racial centered groups should be done away with. I think that it just seperates us more as human beings. It should be based on other criteria. Instead of Black and White Colleges and Black and White History , can not all people celebrate history? See no one can seem to just get along. I think it hurts people when they center themselves around race. If we would all realize that we are human beings and not black white asian Latino then we would all be better off. I know thats reaching for it, but a person can always strive for it.
My main goal when I graduate is to help everyone not just Africans in Africa, Asian's in the poorer sectors of Asia, Whites in war torn parts of Europe, but all human beings everywhere. Oh well. I guess we as human beings just can not seem to get our shit together.

I understand that, but now with everything being a global economy and global marketplace its time to put some of those things away. That was all good for the past but now people are trying their best to do what needs to be done. Granted, shit will never be the way it should but we could at least start you know.
America is not like it used to be with all the racial tension. I think that still exists but not as harshly. The reason behind this is the integration of culture and style mixed together. I think its time for all of us to come together..
