yeah it is bull, cause i read somewhere that Ross's partner was locked up with Noriega, then Ross found out and was like a bopper and asked to talk to him on the phone, so they had a lil convo like if you met your favorite rapper, and then the rapper went on his merry way, not thinking about you again and now all the sudden he Know Noriega and is owed 100 favors. But i don't take that line seriously tho. but he did play himself out like a groupie if that true.
